The 2026 Carnival Hybrid offers a spacious interior with room for up to 8 passengers. The available second-row middle seat is the key difference maker, sliding forward to provide easy access to the front, or backwards to give other passengers more space. Also available for the second-row are a set of heated1 and ventilated VIP Lounge Seats, which can recline and raise a power footrest with the touch of a button2. Keeping your family safe as you make your way down Route 62 is easy with the 2026 Kia Carnival Hybrid’s suite of driver-assist features. One of the first might notice is the standard Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist3, which will attempt to steer your vehicle out of harm's way if you change lanes while another driver is in your blind spot. The standard Rear Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance Assist4 is helpful in crowded parking lots, alerting you and potentially apply the brakes if you try to back out into an obstacle. Serious accidents become more avoidable with the available Auto Emergency Braking with Junction Crossing Detection5. The 2026 Carnival Hybrid features a standard turbocharged 1.6L 4-cylinder engine and Full Parallel Hybrid System that offers 242 combined horsepower and 271 lb.-ft. of torque. Combined with its standard 6-speed automatic transmission, it can provide a strong burst of acceleration even with a full load of passengers while maintaining a 34/31/32 MPG city/hwy/combined estimated6 fuel rating. Every Carnival comes with a standard Drive Mode Select feature. Activating the standard Eco Drive Mode will help promote fuel efficiency, or toggle sport for more dynamic performance.
